We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms at Naia Miraflores and found the room to be spacious, clean, and the bed very comfortable. The location is also great — central and convenient for exploring Miraflores
.
However, our experience was let down by some frustrating service issues. We arrived around midnight for check-in, having reserved two rooms, and were informed that only one room was ready. We were asked to wait 20 minutes for the second room. We politely asked if we could be given a different available room type instead, but were told we had to wait. Despite check-in being from 3pm that day — and our having paid for the full night — the staff offered no explanation or alternative. It felt like our concerns weren’t taken seriously.
Additionally, the shower water in the deluxe room was cold, which was another letdown.
If you're arriving late, we recommend calling ahead to confirm your room is ready to avoid a similar inconvenience.

Room was clean. Nice area, very convenient location. Currency exchange, markets and cute restaurants/cafe all around the block. There is a restaurant and cafe in the hotel. Large room space and good water pressure/didnt run short of hot water like some hotels in Lima tend to do. Friendly staff, vibey atmosphere.

Location is good. Breakfast is perfect, there are plenty of choices. However, the downside is the bathroom design, which feels a bit awkward and not very safe for woman. There were 2 bathrooms in the dorm i stayed in, but neither had a place to hang clothes inside, and one of the locks was broke. I had to hang my clothes outside the bathroom, in the space between the two bathrooms.

The bathroom was old and dirty. The rooms are okay but the fan is noisy so not practical to use at night.

It felt relatively clean and the location was good. The check-in time was rather rigid. They said I could check in at 3pm, but they didn't let me check in earlier. I arrived in the morning, bought breakfast at the breakfast buffet on the first floor, and stayed at my friends' place for half a day. I checked in at 2pm, but it still didn't work. At 3pm, there was a long queue at the front desk, and I waited for almost an hour before it was my turn to check in. Another point to note is that although the elevator is right opposite the front desk, it looks very inconspicuous. You have to press the up and down buttons of the elevator, the elevator will come down, the wooden frame door on the outside will be opened, and the elevator will press the required floor to operate.
